All orders are picked, scanned, packed & checked by our expert warehouse operatives so it is almost impossible for an order to be missing an item. 

 

A possible explanation could be that we are awaiting stock of an item that you ordered, so we shipped the rest of your order while we wait for the new stock to arrive. If this has happened, you should have been notified by email that part of your order has been shipped. When the new stock arrives, we will the ship the rest of your order.

 

If when you received your item, the box looked like it had been tampered with & an item is missing then please take a photo of the packaging and send this along with your name & order number to support@perfumedirect.com.
