There could be a number of reasons why your item hasn’t arrived.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email from us, then it means your item has not being shipped yet and there may be a delay of some kind at our warehouse which you should have been notified about.

If you have received a shipping confirmation email and haven’t received your item, then it’s likely to be on the way to you but may have experienced a delay.

Firstly, we’d recommend checking your tracking details by using your tracking code on the Royal Mail, ParcelForce or DPD (depending which service you chose at checkout) website pages below:

Royal Mail

ParcelForce

DPD

If on the tracking information it looks like there is an issue, for example if it has been stuck in a specific location for a number of days – this could mean that the item has been lost.

We can only claim for a lost parcel after two weeks from dispatch so it’s worth waiting two weeks before raising a complaint with us & sometimes the parcels turn up within those two weeks.

If the two weeks have passed since receiving your shipping confirmation email and still no parcel, then please get in touch with our team and we can organise the claim and a refund/replacement.
