We will always try to dispatch your items as quickly as possible but there can sometimes be slight delays. The most common reasons for delays are:
- The order was placed after 4:30pm so will be dispatched the next working day
- The order was placed over the weekend, the warehouse will re-open on Monday mornings (except bank holidays)
- We are waiting for the product to come back into stock (our customer service team should have notified you about this)
- We’re experiencing high volumes of orders, please rest assured we will ship your item as soon as possible.
