If an item arrives damaged or faulty & you’d like to return it please get in touch with our customer support team at support@perfumedirect.com and we will provide you with a pre-paid returns label. 

 

If you just want to return an item, unfortunately we are not able to cover return postage costs. When returning an item back to us, we always advise to use a tracked service to make sure it arrives safely, and no complications occur.
