Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we can either offer a full refund or a replacement within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographic evidence of the damaged/faulty item.
To return a damaged or faulty item is free of charge, please click HERE to submit the information needed in order for one of our team to send you a pre-paid returns label. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to send to send one to you.
Once the item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, you will be notified that either your refund has been issued or that a replacement has been sent out.
Returning an Item
If you'd like to return your item(s) then please follow the steps below:
1) Go to the 'Return An Item page: www.perfumedirect.com/pages/returning-an-item and complete the form on the page to notify us that you intend to return your item(s).
2) Complete the returns form that arrived in the box with your order & send the items back to us at the address below (please include the returns form):

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cover the cost of returning unwanted items at this time, so the postage cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend to us a tracked service.
Once the item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, you will be notified that your refund has been issued. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.
Exchanging an Item
We are unable to process exchanges of items at this current time. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please get in touch with our support team and we can issue a refund when you return the initial item back to us and you can then place another order for the new product you would like. Please follow the 'Returning an item' instructions above to send an item back to our warehouse.
