We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, so we make the process as simple as possible. We currently operate a 60 day returns period.

Returning an Item
If you'd like to return your item(s) then please follow the steps below:
1) Go to the Returns & Refunds page: Perfume Direct Returns and follow the instructions to notify us that you intend to return your item(s).
2) Your Return Request will then be sent to our Returns Manager who will then approve your return & a returns label will then be sent to your email address (depending on your reason for returning, there may be a charge for this).
3) Package up the item(s) you'd like to return. Please include the delivery note that came with your order if you're able to. Depending on what shipping label type was selected, you may have to print your returns label & attach to the outside of the package. If you have a QR code you can just take this code to the Post Office.
4) Drop your packaged item(s) to the post office.
Once the item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, you will be notified that your refund has been issued. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.
Free Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect we can either offer a full refund or a replacement within 60 days of the customer receiving the order. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographic evidence of the damaged/faulty item. To return a damaged or faulty item is free of charge.
Once the item has been received and inspected by our Returns Manager, you will be notified that either your refund has been issued or that a replacement has been sent out.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cover the cost of returning unwanted items at this time, so the postage cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will reflect the £2.99 returns label charge.
Exchanging an Item
We are unable to process exchanges of items at this current time.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please get in touch with our support team and we can issue a refund when you return the initial item back to us and you can then place another order for the new product you would like.
