Due to our dispatch times being quick, amending products within orders can be tricky.
If you have mistakenly ordered a product and get in touch with us very quickly, we may be able to remove & refund a product(s) from your order. However, if the products have already been picked & packed, we are unable to do this. You will have to return the item to us in order to be refunded for the product.
Amending contact & delivery information is easier but still has to be done very quickly after the order has been placed.
