If on your tracking information, it says your parcel has been delivered but you haven’t received it yourself then please do the following:

 

  1. Go to your tracking information page & review the image taken by the postman as this can determine if they have left the parcel in a safe place
  2. Check with family members that live in your house if they have received the parcel
  3. Check with neighbours if they have received the parcel on your behalf
  4. Check in your designated ‘safe place’
